I don't like Australian oaky chardonnays and all these silly descriptions on the wine labels. I want to drink a dry white wine that has subtle flavor. I prefer Italian and French white wines to Australian ones....but in Aust most wines available are Aust wines which pander to the Aust palate - who have been taught to like biggy fruit sweet flavours...Why not just add cordial syrups to your wine!!!?? I also love Amontillado Sherry and East European Vodkda.
