The aromas catch your attention right off, almost tasting the wine with the nose. The butteriness transends to a sharp cripness... makes for an extremely intereresting and enjoyable experience. Drinkability - Drink Now

This is one bold merlot. I had the opportunity to sample at the Petroleum Club in San Antonio and was later given a bottle by the general manager. We drank a bottle together and enjoyed this special bottle specially labeled for Jerome O'Brien's 100th birthday. Try this if you can get it.

A solid not boring merlot I really enjoyed. We've visited this winery so we had to try it when we saw it for sale in North Carolina.
