   White Shiraz - sweet strawberry and fresh cirtus flavours combine with a soft creaminess to create this unique wine. Perfect with spicy foods.

   This was part of the 2003 Food and Wine Tasting Series @ the Windjammer in Vermont. My notes for this notes that Banrock Station may be organic and that they make a variety of usually good wines. Also noted here that Champagne is usually drunk first because it cleanses the palette.
