"NV" means "Non-Vintage" - e.g. a wine that is made from grapes grown in different years, and thus no year is printed on the label. Your desert wine seems to fit this category exactly! So instead of entering anything in the "Year" field, simply check the "NV" box (although it seems you already have!) Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions! Katie K

Of course, I'm from Nevada, so it looks like Nevada to me, but why would that be next the check-box in place of entering a year. A particular bottle of desert wine that I am logging doesn't seem to have a year and it is a required field. Thanks!
