Not impressed with the pairing. I didn't like this wine enough to try it with a different food pairing but I did like it enough at the initial tasting to believe it would pair well with halibut and greens. Were I to have it again I would go with steamed asparagus and a halibut slightly seasoned instead of a show-stopper halibut
