o         From your My Home Page, click on the link “View my public bottle log”

o         This allows you to see how your bottle log is viewed by other users

·          How do I add an Image to my Public Bottle Log?

o         To add a picture to your public Bottle Log, click on the “My Profile” link on your My Home Page

o         Scroll down to “Upload an image from your machine”

o         Click on the “Browse…” button to find the picture you want to add on your computer

§          NOTE: The image must be less than 60 KB and smaller than 300 x 200 pixels

·          How do I add an introduction note on my Public Bottle Log?

o         To add text to your public Bottle Log, click on the “My Profile” link on your My Home Page

o         Scroll down to “Log Introduction Note:”

o         Type your introduction note in the text box provided.

§          NOTE: The length of the note is limited to 1000 characters (not words!)

·          How do I make my Public Bottle Log private?

o         Go to My Home Page

o         Click the “My profile” link

o         Scroll down to “Public Bottle Log Control Panel”

o         Select “No” to the following fields:

§          Allow Other users to see my individual tasting notes

§          Display a public bottle log of all my tasting notes

o         Scroll down and click “Submit”

·          I made my Public Bottle Log private. How do I make it public again?

o         Go to My Home Page

o         Click the “My profile” link

o         Scroll down to “Public Bottle Log Control Panel”

o         Select “Yes” to the following fields:

§          Allow Other users to see my individual tasting notes

§          Display a public bottle log of all my tasting notes

o         Scroll down and click “Submit”
